Registration Summer Camp 2025

6 weeks Summer camp: 
• Ages: 18 Mon.- 4 Years/ Pre K
• Dates: June 30- August 8 (we are closed on July 4th, Independence Day)
• Hours: Mon- Thurs. 9:00am- 3:00pm. Fri- 9:00am-12:30pm ( no extended care)

Option 1:
Full session, 6 weeks: $2,100- Includes Snacks & Pizza lunch on Fridays

Option 2:
Weekly Registration: $375 per week- Includes: Snacks & Pizza lunch on Fridays

Lunch Program: Lunch per week: $50 (Mon-Thurs)

Gan Chabad Jewish Preschool Summer Camp

SAFETY AGREEMENT:
As the parent(s) or legal guardian of the above child, I/we authorize any adult acting on behalf of Gan Chabad of Valley Stream(known as Chabad for the Hebrew Speaking community)  to hospitalize or secure treatment for my child, I further agree to pay all charges for that care and/or treatment. It is understood that if time and circumstances reasonably permit, Gan Chabad of Valley Stream personnel will try, but are not required, to communicate with me prior to such treatment. I hereby give permission for my child to participate in all school activities, join in class and school trips on and beyond school properties and allow my child to be photographed while participating in Gan Chabad of Valley Stream activities and that these pictures may be used for marketing purposes.

PAYMENT AGREEMENT
Payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be given until May 1. (not including credit card process fee) No refunds will be given due to absences. There is a $25 service charge for any returned checks.
